About Us

David brings a wealth of industry knowledge and intellectual property experience as a Patent & Trade Mark Attorney. Having started his career as a polymer chemist servicing the automotive industry, David later joined Sandercock, Smith & Beadle in 1981, where he commenced his training. David qualified at Davies Collison Cave and became a Fellow of the Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys, subsequently going on to become a partner and manager of the Melbourne office of Tatlocks Chrysiliou IP for 10 years. He has now come full circle to become principal of the firm proudly bearing the Sandercock name. Sandercock IP has recently opened up a new office in Wantirna located opposite Knox shopping centre.
